How do I place an order?

Choose your product on the website — every item shows its price instantly — add it to cart and check out. You can also order directly on WhatsApp: send the product, quantity and your design, and we confirm the price and start production. See the full steps on how to make an order.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

It varies by product and is shown on each product page. As a guide: business cards and flyers start from small runs, gift items with logo printing start from 50 pieces, double-wall paper cups from 500 pieces, and single-wall paper cups from 25,000 pieces.

Do you need payment before production?

Yes — we work on 100% advance payment. We accept cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Tabby and Tamara instalments, bank transfer, crypto and cash at our office.

Can I get a VAT invoice?

Yes, a full tax invoice is issued with every order.

Design & Artwork

I don't have a design — can you help?

Yes, design help is free with every order. Send your logo and idea, and our designers prepare the print file and share a proof for your approval before production. You can also ask for a designer.

What file formats do you accept?

AI, EPS, PDF or high-resolution PNG/JPG. If you only have a photo of your logo, our team can redraw it.

Will I see a proof before printing?

Yes — nothing goes to production before you approve the digital proof.

Production & Delivery

How long does production take?

Standard orders: 3–5 working days after artwork approval. Large or complex jobs can take longer — we confirm the exact timeline with your quote.

Do you offer express / next-day printing?

Yes, for selected products like express business cards. Contact us on WhatsApp for urgent event deadlines.

Do you deliver outside Dubai?

We deliver everywhere in the UAE — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.

Can I collect my order myself?

Yes — free self-collection from our office: 706, 7th Floor, White Swan Building, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. Working hours 10 AM – 7 PM.

How can I track my order?

Which printing methods do you use?

Offset and digital printing for paper products; screen printing, UV printing, laser engraving, embossing and embroidery for gift items — we recommend the right method for each material.
