The 2027 diary timeline, week by week
Diaries are the one corporate gift with a hard expiry date. A 2027 diary delivered in February 2027 is worthless. Work backwards from the last week of December.

- Early November: place the order and approve the digital proof. This is the comfortable deadline.
- Mid-November: the last safe order date for a custom run with a December handover. Production is 5–6 working days after approval, but December press capacity in Dubai is the tightest it gets all year.
- Early December: delivery, QC check, and sleeving or boxing if the diaries are going out as gift sets.
- Mid-to-late December: distribution, while clients are still in the country. Many UAE offices empty out in the final week.
Miss mid-November and the honest answer is to switch to a stocked branded planner, which skips interior printing entirely and can still be branded and delivered inside the month.
Specification details that decide whether the diary gets used
- A5 is the right size. It fits a laptop bag, sits beside a keyboard, and holds a usable week-per-spread layout. A4 diaries get left in a drawer; A6 cannot carry a week view.
