Terms & Conditions

  1. File Submission:
    Clients must provide artwork in PDF vector format. Our team will only adjust the file for size/layout purposes if needed for printing.

  2. Spot UV on Edges:
    We do not apply Spot UV on card edges as it may crack or peel during production.

  3. Production Time & Delivery:
    Delivery timelines will be confirmed after production scheduling. Clients are requested not to demand early delivery. If production finishes earlier than expected, we will deliver accordingly.

    During order finalization, we clearly inform the client about the production time. Please note that delivery time is not included in the production time. Once the production is complete, our delivery team will require 1 to 3 working days to deliver the order, depending on the location and workload.

  4. Gradient Backgrounds:
    We do not guarantee gradient effects will appear accurately on printed cards, or any other printing. We recommend using solid background colors for best results.

  5. Design Charges:

    • If the client does not have a design, we can create it for AED 200.

    • If the client provides a design but it requires redrawing or recreation, a fee of AED 150 will apply.

  6. Logos & Image Quality:
    Clients are responsible for providing vector logos and high-resolution images to ensure quality output.

  7. Size Confirmation:
    Clients must confirm the final design size before printing. We are not responsible for sizing issues after printing.

  8. Design Approval:
    The client is solely responsible for checking the final design file, including:

    • Text

    • Images

    • Spellings

    • QR codes

    • Contact details and layout

  9. Color Accuracy:
    Regarding colors, we cannot guarantee 100% color accuracy as seen on screens.

  10. Color Matching:
    If there is no physical sample provided, our production team will match colors based on screen visuals as best as possible.

  11. Group Printing Tolerance:
    Cards are printed in batch processes, so minor shifts in spot uv/ foil/ print alignment (up/down) may occur. Printing on the edges is not guaranteed.

  12. Design Feedback:
    We do not offer feedback or suggestions on client-submitted designs. We strictly print what is provided, as most clients prefer not to receive design advice.

  13. Strict File Policy:
    To avoid misunderstandings or disputes, Max Print has adopted a clear policy:

    "We will print files exactly as provided by the client."
    We no longer make design suggestions, as many clients have expressed a preference to handle their own designs without external input.
