Bigger runs drop the unit cost hard. A4 on 100 gsm wood-free is AED 475 for 1,000, AED 590 for 2,000 and AED 735 for 5,000 — about 48 fils each at 1,000 falling to under 15 fils each at 5,000. Brochure, catalogue, leaflet or pamphlet — which do you need?
These words get used interchangeably in Dubai and they all land on this page. Here is the practical difference.
- Leaflet or pamphlet — a single sheet, sometimes with one fold. Cheapest per piece, made to be handed out or dropped through a door. The 500 A3 run at AED 390 is the usual choice.
- Brochure — folded into three or more panels so you can walk a client through services, prices and photographs in a sequence. The A4 tri-fold at AED 475 per 100 is the Dubai standard.
- Catalogue — a product or price list. If it fits on a folded sheet, print it here as an 8-fold at AED 1,100 per 500, which opens out into a compact price list. If it needs many pages and a spine, use booklets and catalogues instead.
- Flyer — unfolded, one message, lowest cost. See flyers.

Sizes, paper and folds
Sizes. A4 is 29 x 20 cm and is the default for a company profile or service brochure. B4 is 34 x 24 cm, a step up when you have large photography. A3 real size is the biggest sheet here and folds down into a substantial multi-panel piece. The dedicated tri-fold runs at 39.5 x 21 cm, which folds into three neat DL-sized panels.
Paper. 100 gsm wood-free is uncoated, easy to write on, and the cheapest option at AED 390 for 500 A3. Glossy stocks make photographs and brand colours snap: 115 gsm at AED 420, 135 gsm at AED 440 and 170 gsm at AED 550 for the same 500 A3 run. On 5,000-piece A4 runs you can go heavier still, to 220 gsm at AED 2,340 or 250 gsm at AED 2,420, which is card-like and holds its shape on an exhibition stand.
Folds. A tri-fold gives six panels on an A4 sheet, fits a DL envelope and stands up on a counter. A bi-fold gives four wide panels and suits large photography, hotel and restaurant menus. An 8-fold packs a compact catalogue, price list or map into something pocket-sized. A die-cut hole, priced at AED 1,950 per 5,000 A4, lets the piece hang on a hook or a shelf strip.

Send a print-ready PDF in CMYK at 300 dpi with 3 mm bleed. The one thing that catches most people out on a folded piece: keep important text and logos away from the fold lines, because paper shifts slightly as it is creased and a headline sitting on a crease will look broken.
