Aluminum Cups 12 oz — Custom Printed & Recyclable

On 1 January 2026 Dubai's single-use plastic ban reached its final phase: plastic beverage cups and their lids are now restricted. This is the cup that replaces them — a full-size 12 oz aluminium cup, with your logo on it, that a guest can drink from, keep, and eventually drop in a recycling bin instead of a landfill.

It is the shape everyone already knows — the party cup — made in metal. Available from 200 cups, delivered anywhere in the UAE.

Why aluminium beats plastic and paper

• Infinitely recyclable. Aluminium can be melted down and remade into new aluminium again and again with no loss of quality. Plastic degrades a little every cycle; laminated paper cups are rejected by most recycling streams because the plastic lining cannot be separated economically. Aluminium has no such problem.
• Recycling it uses a fraction of the energy. Making a product from recycled aluminium takes up to 95% less energy than making it from raw ore — which is why aluminium is one of the few materials with a genuinely circular economy behind it.
• Actually reusable. Rinse it and use it again. This is not a disposable cup that happens to be metal.
• It does not crack, split or go soft. No split rims when someone grips it, no sagging sides after twenty minutes with a cold drink.
• It goes ice-cold. Metal takes the temperature of what is in it straight away. A cold drink in aluminium feels colder for the same reason a can does.
• It looks expensive. A metal cup with your logo on it is a different object to a printed plastic cup. People photograph it, and they take it home — which is the whole point of putting your brand on it.

Who these are for

• Cafés, restaurants and juice bars that need a compliant cup now that plastic beverage cups are restricted in Dubai.
• Hotels, beach clubs and pool bars — no broken glass anywhere near the water, and a cup that photographs well.
• Events, festivals, sports days and university functions where thousands of cups go out in a weekend and every one carries a sponsor logo.
• Corporate offices replacing the plastic cup stack next to the water cooler with something staff will actually reuse.
• Brand activations and sampling campaigns — a branded cup someone takes home outlives the activation by months.

How to order

Frequently asked questions

Are aluminium cups recyclable in the UAE?

Yes. Aluminium is one of the most widely recycled materials there is, and unlike plastic it can be recycled repeatedly without losing quality. An aluminium cup goes into the same metal stream as a drinks can.

Can I use these instead of plastic cups after Dubai's ban?

That is exactly what they are for. Dubai's final phase of the single-use plastic ban, effective 1 January 2026, restricts plastic beverage cups and their lids. An aluminium cup is a reusable, recyclable alternative rather than a single-use plastic product.

What is the minimum order for aluminium cups?

200 cups. That is deliberately low so you can run a single event or test a design before committing to thousands.

How much does an aluminium cup cost in Dubai?

Plain cups start at AED 2.90 each at 200 pieces and fall to AED 1.82 each at 5,000. With a one-side UV DTF logo sticker, from AED 4.40 per cup at 200 pieces down to AED 2.44 at 5,000. All prices include VAT.

How do the UV DTF logo stickers work?

Your logo is printed in full colour as UV DTF stickers, up to 5 × 3 cm, and supplied on A3 sheets together with the cups. The stickers are not applied to the cups — you peel and stick them yourself. Need a logo on both sides? Choose 2 sides; the sticker price is doubled.

How fast can I get them?

Plain cups are ready in 1 working day. Cups with UV DTF stickers take 2 working days. Timings start after you approve the design.

Do the cups come with lids?

Lids are optional and add about AED 0.145 per cup — for example, 200 plain cups are AED 580 without lids and AED 605 with lids. Choose "With Lids" in the options above.

Can I order more than 5,000 cups?

Yes. For quantities above 5,000 cups, message us on WhatsApp +971 52 210 0909 and we will quote you directly.

Are they reusable or single use?

Reusable. Rinse them and use them again — which is what separates them from a disposable cup.
