Which one do you need — booklet, catalogue or company profile?
Product catalogue printing
A catalogue carries many items across many pages, so the cover has to survive being handled repeatedly. Both catalogue products here use a 300 gsm cover: 1000 catalogues at closed A5 for AED 3,260, and 1000 catalogues at closed A4 for AED 5,680. Choose the A4 version when products need to be shown large; choose A5 when the catalogue is meant to be posted or handed out.
Booklet printing
Booklets suit event programmes, training manuals, instruction guides and price lists. 500 A5 booklets at 16 pages on 170 gsm cost AED 3,000, and 500 booklets at 12 pages cost AED 1,890. For a heavier feel, 1000 booklets on 300 gsm are AED 2,890.
Company profiles and pitch documents
If you need one document rather than a print run — a company profile for a tender, a proposal, a portfolio — order a single A4 booklet, 12 pages on 170 gsm for AED 150. There is no minimum quantity to work around.
Short runs
250 booklets, A4 folded to A5 on 200 gsm, cost AED 3,990 and sit between a one-off and a full thousand-copy run.

Sizes and paper weights
Sizes. We print booklets and catalogues at A4, at A5, and as folded formats described by their open and closed size: open A4, closed A5 and open A3, closed A4. A folded format means each printed sheet is folded in half to make the finished page size, so an open A3 sheet gives you a finished A4 booklet.
Paper weights. Stock in this collection runs at 170 gsm, 200 gsm and 300 gsm. As a rule: 170 gsm is the standard weight for text pages in booklets and programmes; 200 gsm gives a more substantial short-run booklet; and 300 gsm is used for catalogue covers, where the item has to stay presentable in a bag or on a stand.
Page counts. Listed items run at 12 pages and 16 pages. Multi-page documents are made from folded sheets, so page counts work in multiples of four — if your content lands on 13 or 14 pages, plan for 16 and use the spare pages rather than leaving them blank.
Artwork for booklets and catalogues
Supply your document as a print-ready PDF, in CMYK, with images at 300 dpi at final size and 3 mm bleed on every edge. Export the file as single pages in reading order, not as reader spreads — we impose the pages for folding at our end. Include the cover pages in the count, and convert all text to outlines or embed the fonts.
Keep important text and page numbers at least 5 mm inside the trim edge so nothing is cut off, and remember that on a folded booklet the innermost pages sit slightly narrower than the outermost ones.
