- Recycled RPET — the same performance as polyester made from recycled bottles, for companies that report on sustainability or need a GRS-certified line.

Printing
Screen printing is the standard: one to four solid colours, very durable, cheapest at volume. For a logo with gradients or a photograph, ask for transfer or digital print instead — screen printing cannot hold a gradient. Print goes on the front panel; the back can carry a second, smaller mark.
Artwork
Vector logo (AI, EPS or PDF) with Pantone references if you have them, so the colour matches across the run. Keep the design inside the flat front panel and away from the seams and the cord channel at the top.
