Which pen do you need?

If you are handing pens out at an exhibition, a conference or a mall activation, the cost per pen matters more than the barrel. Plastic pens with a push button and wide clip at AED 0.50 and promotional plastic pens at AED 0.70 are the standard choices, and the wide clip on the first gives you a usable print area for a name and a phone number.
Personalised pens for staff and clients

Pen branding methods
Which branding method suits a pen depends on what the barrel is made of. Plastic pens such as our promotional plastic pens and branded plastic pens take a printed logo directly on the barrel or clip. Metal barrels, like those in our custom metal pens collection, are usually engraved so the mark does not wear off. Natural materials such as the bamboo ballpoint and the eco-neutral cork pen at AED 4.40 mark well without added coating.

Artwork for pen printing
Pen print areas are small, so vector artwork matters more here than on any other product. Send your logo as a print-ready PDF, AI or EPS, set in CMYK, with text converted to outlines. If you can only supply a raster image, it must be 300 dpi at the finished print size, and allow 3 mm bleed on any artwork that runs to an edge.
A single-colour version of your logo almost always reproduces better on a pen barrel than a full-colour one. If you do not have a one-colour version, design is free with every order — ask for a designer and send whatever logo file you have.

Standard production takes 3–5 working days after final artwork approval. We deliver printed pens to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Delivery is free on orders over AED 800 — at AED 0.50 to AED 4.40 per pen, most corporate pen orders pass that threshold comfortably.
