Specifying for a child audience: four rules
Keep the print simple and large. Children's brands usually have a mascot and a bright palette. On a 210D drawstring bag or a 100% cotton cap you get a clean one- or two-colour screen print; fine gradients and small type disappear. Spec the mascot as a flat vector with no strokes under 0.5mm.

Avoid small detachable parts in giveaways for under-3 audiences. Puzzles, metal-ball games and keychain-style items are fine for school age and up; for toddler-facing events, stay with bags, bottles, caps and paper activity sheets.

How to order
- Send the logo and the brief. WhatsApp or email your logo in vector (AI, EPS, PDF or high-resolution SVG) plus the quantity and the event date. We prepare the print-ready artwork free of charge.
- Approve the proof. You get a digital mock-up showing the logo placed on each item at the correct scale before anything is produced. Nothing goes to print without your written approval.
- Production: 3–5 working days. That clock starts at artwork approval, not at enquiry. For a multi-item kit, assume the longest lead time in the kit plus one day for assembly.
- Kitting and delivery. If you want the bag packed with the bottle, pencils and insert card, say so at the quote stage — assembly is quoted per head. Delivery is free within Dubai on orders over AED 800; outside Dubai and across the GCC, shipping is charged by address and quantity.
For a school term start or a mall activation, work backwards: artwork approved 10 working days before the event gives you production, assembly and a buffer. Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order for branded kids' merchandise in Dubai?
Fifty pieces per item for logo printing on gift items — bottles, bags, caps, pencil sets, lunch boxes. Printed paper items follow the quantity in the product name: 100 stickers, 1,000 stickers, 50 boxes. If you need fewer than 50 of a gift item, we can often supply unbranded stock and print only part of the run; ask when you request the quote.
Are the prices inclusive of VAT and logo printing?
All displayed prices include 5% VAT. One-position logo printing is included in the gift item prices shown. Additional print positions, a second colour on a screen print, or full-wrap printing are quoted separately — usually a small per-piece addition rather than a setup fee.
Which items are safe for children under three?
Stay with soft goods and paper: cotton and polyester drawstring bags, caps, t-shirts, wheat straw bottles and lunch boxes, colouring sheets and sticker sheets. We would not recommend the metal-ball maze game, 252-piece puzzles or keychain-format items for a toddler audience because of small or detachable parts.
Can you print our mascot in full colour on a bottle?
Yes — UV printing handles full-colour artwork on wheat straw, rPET, steel and Tritan bodies, and it is the right method for a mascot with more than two colours. How fast can you deliver a kids' event kit?
Three to five working days after artwork approval for stock gift items, plus assembly time if we are kitting. Custom-printed boxes and large sticker runs sit at the longer end. If your event is inside a week, call before you order so we can confirm which items in your kit are achievable.
