If you run marketing or admin for a company in Abu Dhabi, the practical question is not "who prints in Abu Dhabi" — it is "who gets the right quality to my office by Thursday, at a price I can put on a PO." We print in Dubai and deliver to Abu Dhabi on next-day courier. Business cards start at AED 89 per 1,000, A5 flyers at AED 105 per 500, and a roll-up banner at AED 190. Standard lead time is 2–3 working days in production plus one day in transit. Below: the real price list, what actually drives your lead time, and how corporate LPO accounts work.
Why Abu Dhabi companies order print from Dubai
Three reasons come up repeatedly in briefs we receive from Abu Dhabi:
- Press capacity. Large offset runs — 50,000 flyers, 20,000 table mats, 10,000 packaging boxes — need a big-format press running continuously. Dubai's print cluster has that capacity, which is why per-unit costs drop sharply at volume.
- One supplier for print and gifts. A GITEX stand needs a backdrop, a roll-up, 500 lanyards, 300 notebooks and 1,000 business cards. Splitting that across four vendors multiplies the coordination and the delivery notes.
- Transparent online pricing. You can see the price of 1,000 business cards on the product page before anyone answers an email. For a procurement team building a budget, that is the difference between a same-day approval and a week of back-and-forth.
The trade-off is one extra day in transit. For most jobs that is absorbed inside the normal production window; for anything genuinely urgent, plan it rather than fight it — see the lead-time section below.

| Flyers A5, 100 gsm Wood Free | 2 sides | 500 / 1,000 / 5,000 | 105 / 145 / 305 |
| Flyers A4, 135 gsm Glossy | 2 sides | 500 / 1,000 / 5,000 | 210 / 285 / 600 |
| Letterheads A4, 100 gsm Wood Free | 1 side | 500 / 1,000 / 5,000 | 210 / 380 / 750 |
| Startup Stationery Pack | 1,000 cards + 500 letterheads + 10 NCR books | 1 pack | 799 |
| Roll-Up Banner 85 × 200 cm | Stand + print + bag | 1 | 190 |
| Roll-Up Banner 150 × 200 cm | Wide format stand | 1 | 950 |
| Hardcase Pop-Up (Straight) | Exhibition wall + case | 1 | 1,850 |
| Economy Stickers, 80 gsm Glossy | Laminated | 1,000 | 350 |
| Paper Cups, Double Wall 8 oz | No lids / standard lids | 1,000 | 760 / 870 |
| Corrugated Box 35 × 25 × 10 cm | Black print | 100 | 1,500 |
Two things worth noting from that table. First, the jump from 500 to 1,000 on most items is small — A5 flyers go from AED 105 to AED 145 for double the quantity — because setup dominates the cost at low volumes. Second, banner stands are priced per unit with no minimum, so a single roll-up for an Abu Dhabi office reception is a normal order, not a special request.
Lead times: what actually happens between order and delivery
Published turnarounds are often optimistic because they measure press time only. Here is the honest breakdown for an Abu Dhabi delivery:
- Artwork check: same day. We open the file, check bleed, resolution and colour mode, and flag problems. Files that arrive print-ready before 2 pm are usually cleared the same afternoon.
- Proof and approval: 0–1 day. This is the step that most often costs a day, and it is entirely in your hands. A proof sitting unapproved overnight moves your delivery by a full working day.
- Production: 2–3 working days for business cards, flyers, letterheads and stickers. 3–5 days for banners, backdrops and signage. 7–12 days for custom packaging with a die-cut tool, and 10–15 days for printed paper cups at volume.
- Transit to Abu Dhabi: 1 working day on standard courier for boxed goods.
So a realistic promise for 1,000 matt business cards ordered Sunday morning with artwork ready is delivery in Abu Dhabi on Wednesday. For an exhibition, work backwards from the build date and add two buffer days — our exhibition printing checklist sets out the full booking sequence.
When you genuinely need it faster
Digital printing skips plate-making and can compress business cards, small-run flyers and posters into 24 hours of production. It costs more per piece and is only economical below roughly 500 units. Tell us the deadline in the first message on WhatsApp — +971 52 210 0909 — rather than after the order is placed, and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.
Corporate accounts, LPOs and VAT invoicing
Most Abu Dhabi enquiries we receive are from companies that cannot pay by card at checkout. That is normal and it is handled:
- Print on LPO, pay on delivery. Registered companies can order against a purchase order and settle on agreed terms rather than at checkout. Details are on our corporate accounts page.
- TRN-compliant tax invoices are issued on every order, with VAT shown separately for your input-tax recovery.
- Quotations for tenders. If procurement needs three comparable quotes, ask for a formal quotation with specification, quantity breaks and validity date rather than screenshots of product pages.
- Repeat orders. We keep approved artwork on file, so a reprint of last quarter's business cards for a new joiner is a message, not a new brief.
What Abu Dhabi buyers order most
The pattern differs noticeably from Dubai. Government-adjacent entities, energy and construction firms, and the university and healthcare sector dominate, and the order mix reflects it:
- Bilingual stationery. Arabic–English business cards, letterheads and envelopes, usually with Arabic on the reverse. Supply both language versions as separate artwork files with the fonts outlined — Arabic typefaces are the single most common cause of a failed proof.
- Event and conference kits. Lanyards, ID cards, badges, table signage and roll-ups, ordered as one package for a two-day conference.
- Site and safety printing. Durable stickers, floor graphics and outdoor signage for construction and industrial sites, where material choice matters more than finish — our sticker material guide explains PVC versus vinyl versus paper for outdoor use.
- Corporate gifting rounds. Branded notebooks, pens, drinkware and gift sets, typically ordered in two waves — National Day in late November and the new-year cycle in December.

How to order from Abu Dhabi
- Find the product and quantity on the site — start with business cards or the flyer collection. Prices shown are final and VAT inclusive.
- Upload artwork at checkout, or send it on WhatsApp. PDF with 3 mm bleed, CMYK, 300 dpi, fonts outlined. If you only have a logo and an idea, our design team will build the artwork.
- Approve the digital proof. Check spelling, phone numbers and the Arabic text carefully — once approved, the file goes to plate.
- Production runs and you receive a dispatch confirmation with the courier reference.
- Delivery to your Abu Dhabi address the next working day. Provide a building name, floor and a mobile number that will be answered — the most common delivery delay is an unreachable recipient, not the courier.
Frequently asked questions
How long does delivery to Abu Dhabi actually take?
One working day in transit after production finishes. Total door-to-door for standard business cards or flyers with approved artwork is 3–4 working days. Large-format items shipped flat or in tubes — backdrops, pop-up walls — can take two days in transit depending on the courier's handling of oversized freight.
Is there a minimum order for delivery to Abu Dhabi?
No minimum on the order value for most catalogue items — a single roll-up banner at AED 190 ships to Abu Dhabi like any other order. What does have minimums is the production process itself: offset printing has MOQs of 500 or 1,000 pieces because of plate setup, and custom packaging typically starts at 100–500 units depending on the die. Our MOQ guide explains where the thresholds fall and how to work around them.
Can we pay by LPO instead of card?
Yes. Registered companies can order against a purchase order and pay on delivery or on agreed credit terms, with a TRN tax invoice issued for each order. Send the LPO with the specification on WhatsApp and we will confirm the order and the delivery date before production starts.
Do you print Arabic artwork?
Yes, and it is a large share of Abu Dhabi work. Supply Arabic text with fonts outlined or converted to curves in the PDF. Right-to-left text frequently reflows or drops diacritics when a font is missing on the output device, and outlining eliminates the risk entirely. We proof Arabic layouts as an image so you see exactly what will print.
Are the prices on the website the final price?
Yes for catalogue items — prices shown include VAT and standard delivery. What changes the price is a non-standard specification: a custom size, an unusual stock, a special finish, or a quantity outside the listed breaks. Send the spec and you will get a fixed quotation before you commit.
Can you handle a full exhibition stand for an Abu Dhabi event?
Yes. Backdrops, pop-up walls, counters, roll-ups, table covers, lanyards, badges and printed giveaways can go out as a single consignment with one delivery note. Book at least two weeks before the build date for a stand of any size — fabric backdrops and pop-up hardware are the long-lead items, not the printing.
