Tier 2 — AED 26 to 49: staff bags and mid-tier gifting

Which branding method for which bag
Silk screen printing
The default for polyester and cotton bags in Tier 1 and 2. Cheapest per unit at volume, limited to solid spot colours, and it sits slightly raised on the fabric. If your logo is one or two flat colours, this is the right call.
Embroidery
Thread stitched directly into the fabric. It reads as premium, survives washing indefinitely, and works beautifully on cotton and canvas. It struggles with fine gradients and very small text — below about 4 mm letter height, detail collapses. Best on Tier 2 and 3 staff bags.
Heat transfer / DTF
For full-colour logos, photographs or gradients on a coated polyester bag. No colour limit, crisp edges, but the patch has a slight film feel. Use it when your brand mark simply cannot be simplified.
Laser engraving and metal plates

MOQs, lead times and what actually delays orders
Minimum order quantities in this category typically start at 50 units for branded stock bags and 100 units for the entry-tier promotional packs. Premium branded items (Giftology, Santhome, SKROSS, Cross) can be ordered in far smaller quantities — often as few as 10 units, and single units for the leather briefcases.
Plan on 5 to 7 working days for branding on in-stock items and 3 to 4 weeks for fully custom-manufactured bags with your own colourway, lining and hardware. Delivery is next working day within Dubai and Sharjah, and 1–2 working days to Abu Dhabi, Ajman, RAK, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.
The two things that delay bag orders, almost without exception: artwork supplied as a low-resolution JPEG or PNG instead of vector, and a logo colour specified as a screen value rather than a Pantone reference. How to order
- Fix the budget per head first, then pick the tier — not the other way round. A 300-unit onboarding order at AED 35 is AED 10,500 all-in; the same 300 at AED 85 is AED 25,500.
- Request samples. We can get 2–3 physical samples in front of you within a day or two in Dubai. Fabric weight is impossible to judge from a photo.
- Send vector artwork (AI, EPS or PDF, fonts outlined) plus your Pantone references.
- Approve a digital mock-up showing logo placement and size on the actual bag panel.
- Confirm quantity and delivery date, and we schedule branding and delivery across the UAE.

What is the cheapest branded backpack available in Dubai?
AED 10.50 per unit for a basic 600D polyester promotional backpack with a single-colour logo. Below that price point, quality drops to the level where the bag reflects badly on the brand printed on it.
What does 600D vs 1680D polyester actually mean?
Denier (D) measures the thickness of the yarn used to weave the fabric. 600D is standard promotional weight and will handle books and a light jacket. 1680D is roughly the weight used in luggage — it resists abrasion far better and holds its shape when the bag is half-empty. For a bag someone will use daily for a year, 1680D is worth the AED 15–20 difference.
Can you brand a laptop sleeve without damaging the padding?
Yes. On felt and neoprene sleeves such as the CAMDEN at AED 51, we use a low-temperature heat transfer or a debossed patch that does not compress the protective layer. Embroidery is avoided on sleeves because the needle penetrates the padding.
Do you supply bags with a matching gift box?

Yes. Every price on this page is the VAT-inclusive price for the branded item. Branding setup for silk screen and embroidery is quoted separately and is a one-time charge per logo, not per unit.
What is the realistic lead time before GITEX or a similar event?
Book branded stock bags at least three weeks out, and fully custom bags eight weeks out. In peak exhibition season (September–November) stock on popular models moves quickly, so confirming quantity early matters more than the lead time itself.
