Short answer: a branded iftar tent in Dubai is three separate purchases. The structure — a printed outdoor tent — is AED 3,450 for a 3 × 3 m and AED 6,950 for a 6 × 3 m. The soft branding inside it — table flags from AED 85, printed napkins from AED 895, roll-up banners from AED 190 — is what makes it photograph as a brand rather than a marquee. The table and gifting detail — foiled Ramadan stickers, tags and ribbon from AED 400 — is the cheapest part and the part guests actually handle. Ramadan 1448 is expected to begin in the first half of February 2027, subject to moon sighting, which means artwork needs to be approved by mid-December 2026.

Corporate iftars, majlis setups and Ramadan tents are the highest-visibility hospitality a UAE company does all year. Everybody photographs them. That is precisely why a tent with no branding on the fascia, paper napkins from the cash-and-carry and an A4 printout on the buffet table is such an expensive mistake — you pay for the catering and the venue, then give away the one benefit you were buying.

This guide covers what to print, what it costs, and the order in which to book it.

The structure: printed outdoor tents (AED 3,450–6,950)

Two sizes cover most corporate iftar and majlis setups, and the decision is driven by seated covers per sitting rather than headcount for the evening:

Product (as listed in store) Price (AED, VAT incl.) Typical use
Outdoor Tent – 3 × 3 m 3,450 Majlis corner, dates-and-coffee station, welcome point, site iftar for a crew
Outdoor Tent – 6 × 3 m 6,950 Main iftar tent: buffet run plus seating, or a double-sided hospitality setup

A 3 × 3 m gives you roughly 9 m² — enough for a seated majlis of eight to ten on floor cushions, or a serving and coffee station with queue space. A 6 × 3 m at 18 m² takes a buffet along one long side with seating opposite, which is the layout most corporate iftars end up using.

Two practical notes. First, branding goes on the valance and the back wall, not the roof — nobody photographs a roof, and the valance is the band that appears in every picture taken at eye level. Second, order two 3 × 3 m tents rather than one 6 × 3 m if you have multiple locations: at AED 6,900 for the pair you get the same covered area, two logo positions, and the ability to put one at the site gate and one at the office. Our printed outdoor tents and gazebos guide covers frames, wind loading and print methods in detail.

Inside the tent: fabric, flags and displays

This is where the budget earns its keep. The tent is the frame; these items are what the camera sees.

Product (as listed in store) Price (AED, VAT incl.) Where it goes
Straight Pole Table Flags – standard model 85 One per table; the cheapest way to brand every cover
Table Flags 95 Buffet stations and the welcome table
Stiff Canvas Table Flags 110 Holds shape outdoors; better for a breezy terrace
Straight Pole Table Flags – premium model 135 Head table and VIP majlis
L-Shape Table Flags 150 Reads clearly when viewed from one side only
T-Shape Table Flags 165 Double-sided visibility across a long table
V-Shape Table Flags – large 185 Two logos or a logo plus a Ramadan greeting
1 Double-Sided Table Flag – 15 × 25 cm, taffeta satin 190 Premium finish for a sponsor or partner table
Tripole Table Flags 245 Company, partner and event flags together
Table Napkin from 895 Printed napkins for the main seating
Cocktail Napkin from 985 Smaller format for the dates-and-coffee station

Printed napkins are the detail that separates a corporate iftar from a catered dinner. Every guest picks one up, holds it for the whole meal, and it is in the frame of every food photograph. Both napkin lines are sublimation or fabric-printed through our fabric printing service, which also handles table runners, majlis cushion covers and custom-printed drapes from the same artwork.

For displays and signage inside and around the tent:

  • 1 Roll up Banner 85 × 200 cm — AED 190. The workhorse. One at the tent entrance, one at the registration table. Reusable for Eid and for next year if you keep the year off the artwork.
  • 1 Roll Up Banner 150 × 200 cm — AED 950 and 300 × 200 cm — AED 1,680 for a wide backdrop behind a head table or a photo wall.
  • 1 Spring A-Board, small (80 × 115 cm) — AED 900. Freestanding, weighted, and it survives being knocked. Use it outside the tent for directions, iftar timing or the prayer area.
  • 1 Wedding & Event Signage — AED 920 and 1 Wedding & Event Seating Chart — AED 600 for a formal seated iftar with assigned tables.
  • 15 Custom A4 Posters — AED 140 and 10 Sheets A1, 4-colour one side — AED 270 for menu boards, allergen notices and iftar-timing signs.
  • Wall Vinyl Lettering from AED 95 and Wall Stickers from AED 75 if the tent abuts a wall or you are branding an indoor majlis room. See wall sticker branding.

The table detail: Ramadan foiling, tags and ribbon

Gold foil on dark stock is the visual language of Ramadan in the UAE, and these are the lowest-cost items on the whole list relative to the impression they make:

Product (as listed in store) Price (AED, VAT incl.) Use
500 pcs Ramadan Stickers with Gold Foil 400 Sealing dates boxes, gift bags, takeaway iftar boxes
500 pcs Ramadan Tags with Gold Foil – black 425 Swing tags on guest gifts and hampers
500 pcs Ramadan Tags with Gold Foil – white 425 Lighter palette; pairs with cream packaging
5 Rolls Ramadan Ribbon with Gold Foil 450 Tying gift boxes and napkin bands
Tent Cards from 625 Table-top iftar timings, menu, Wi-Fi, prayer-area directions
BRISA — Giftology Foldable Hand Fan 8 Branded guest giveaway for an outdoor majlis

At AED 400 for 500 foiled stickers you are paying 80 fils per guest touchpoint. Nothing else on this list is close on cost per impression. Use them to seal everything — the dates box, the gift bag, the takeaway container — so the branding survives the guest's drive home.

If you are also sending Ramadan hampers or branded iftar boxes, the packaging and menu side is covered in our Ramadan packaging and iftar menus guide, the gifting content in dates and chocolate gift boxes and oud and bakhoor corporate gifts, and the post-Ramadan handover in Eid gift boxes and cards.

Three worked budgets

  • Site or office majlis corner — around AED 4,400. One 3 × 3 m printed tent (AED 3,450), two standard table flags (AED 170), one roll-up banner (AED 190), 500 foiled Ramadan stickers (AED 400) and a set of tent cards for timings (AED 625 if needed). Covers a dates-and-coffee station that looks intentional.
  • Corporate iftar for 80–120 guests — around AED 9,800. One 6 × 3 m tent (AED 6,950), printed table napkins (AED 895), six table flags across formats (roughly AED 700), two roll-up banners (AED 380), an A-board for directions (AED 900). Add the foiled sticker and ribbon set for gifting.
  • Multi-site contractor or retail group — around AED 8,000. Two 3 × 3 m tents (AED 6,900), two roll-up banners (AED 380), 500 foiled tags (AED 425) and A4 posters for each location (AED 140 for fifteen). Same brand presence at two gates instead of one.

The Ramadan 2027 ordering timeline

Ramadan 1448 is expected to begin in the first half of February 2027, subject to moon sighting. Work backwards from that, because the whole UAE market orders in the same four-week window:

  1. November 2026 — decide the format. Tent size, how many locations, seated or standing. This is the only decision that has a long lead time, because fabric-printed tents are made to order.
  2. By mid-December 2026 — approve tent artwork. Printed tents, large backdrops and napkins are the long-lead items. Approving artwork in December means production runs before the January rush rather than inside it.
  3. Early January 2027 — order flags, banners and A-boards. These are faster to produce, but January is when every F&B outlet, hotel and corporate in Dubai orders the same items.
  4. Mid-January 2027 — order foiled stickers, tags, ribbon and tent cards. Foiling adds a production step, so do not leave this to the last week.
  5. Late January 2027 — menu boards, allergen notices and posters. Last, because the menu is the last thing confirmed. Keep these digital-print items separate from the main order so a menu change does not hold up the tent.

One rule that saves money every year: keep the year off anything expensive. A tent, a backdrop and a set of table flags without "2027" on them are reusable for Ramadan 1449 and for Eid. Put the year only on the cheap, high-volume items — stickers, tags and posters.

FAQ

What size iftar tent do I need for 100 guests?

For a seated iftar, 100 guests at once needs considerably more than a single tent — a 6 × 3 m tent at 18 m² seats around 20 to 24 at tables. Most corporate iftars for 100 use a venue or marquee for seating and a branded 3 × 3 m or 6 × 3 m tent as the hospitality, welcome or dates-and-coffee station. If you need covered seating for the full headcount, tell us the layout and we will tell you how many units that is.

Can the tent be printed on all sides?

Yes. The roof, valance and back wall can all be printed, and side walls are optional. Branding is most effective on the valance band and the back wall, because those are the surfaces at eye level in photographs. Send artwork as vector and we will lay it out per panel.

Are the napkins printed with our logo?

Yes — both the table napkin and cocktail napkin lines are custom-printed to your artwork through our fabric printing service. Minimum quantities apply per design, so a single artwork across both formats is more economical than two separate designs.

Do you install the tent?

Printed tents are supplied as a frame-and-cover system that your own team or your event contractor assembles; they are designed to be put up and taken down repeatedly rather than permanently fixed. If you need setup on site, tell us the location and date and we will confirm what is possible.

How late can I order and still have it for Ramadan?

Flags, banners, posters and tent cards can usually be produced in a few working days right through January. Printed tents, large backdrops and napkins cannot — those need artwork approved by mid-December to be comfortable. If you are reading this in late January and need a tent, call before you plan around it.

Can the same branding be reused for a majlis setup indoors?

Yes, and it is the right way to spend the budget. Table flags, napkins, tent cards, roll-up banners and the A-board all work indoors unchanged. Only the tent itself is outdoor-specific, so an indoor majlis is the cheaper version of the same brief — wall vinyl and a backdrop replace the structure. Backlit options are in our backlit backdrop and light box guide.

What about menus and table cards for the food?

Tent cards at AED 625 cover the table-top version. For printed, laminated or wipe-clean menus and QR menu options, see our restaurant menu printing guide and table tent card formats.
