Short answer: branding a co-working or flexi-desk space in Dubai breaks into four budgets. Wall graphics and vinyl lettering start at AED 75. Glass privacy and manifestation film starts at AED 30 per m² supply-only, or AED 55 per m² installed. Reception and wayfinding signage runs AED 495 to AED 1,150 depending on material and build, with a neon feature sign at AED 550. A member welcome kit can be assembled for AED 15 to AED 60 per head. All prices are VAT inclusive store prices, delivered and installed across the UAE.

A flexi-desk operator sells two things: a desk and a feeling. The desk is a commodity — every building in Business Bay has one. The feeling is what converts a tour into a twelve-month membership, and almost all of it is print and signage: what the member sees walking out of the lift, whether the meeting rooms look bookable, whether the glass offices feel private, and whether the welcome kit on day one makes the place feel managed rather than improvised.

This guide is the full print and signage list for a co-working floor, with the prices we actually charge, in the order you should buy them.

Step 1 — the lift lobby and reception (AED 495–1,150)

The sign behind the reception desk does more work than any other item on this list, because it appears in every photograph a member or a visitor takes and in every tour. Three builds cover almost every brief:

Product (as listed in store) Price (AED, VAT incl.) Best for
Acrylic Wall Signage from 495 Flat acrylic panel; clean, fast, lowest cost
1 Neon Signage from 550 Feature wall, phone booths, social-media corner
Acrylic Reception Signage from 750 The standard reception build, stood off the wall
3D Wooden Signage from 1,050 Warm, hospitality-style interiors
3D Acrylic Signage from 1,150 Dimensional letters with depth and shadow
3D Aluminium Signage from 2,450 Premium corporate floors, A-grade towers
3D Stainless Steel Signage from 2,650 Top-tier finish; best durability and perceived value

For most operators the honest answer is the acrylic reception signage at AED 750. It stands off the wall far enough to throw a shadow, which is what makes a logo read as built rather than printed, and it costs a quarter of the steel equivalent. Spend the difference on glass film and wayfinding instead — members notice those every day. Our acrylic and reception signage guide covers mounting methods and thickness, and 3D letter signage goes deeper on backlit and built-up letters.

Step 2 — the glass (AED 30–135 per m²)

Co-working floors are mostly glass, and glass is where branding and function overlap. Three jobs, three products:

  • Privacy for glass offices and meeting rooms. Frosted film at AED 30 per m² supply-only or AED 55 per m² supplied and installed. A gradient frost — clear at the top, solid at seated eye level — is AED 40 per m² supply-only, AED 65 installed and looks considerably more designed for AED 10 more per square metre.
  • Logo and pattern cuts. A standard cut logo in frosted vinyl is AED 55 per m² supply-only. This is also your safety manifestation: full-height glass needs a visible band so nobody walks into it, and a repeating logo band does that job while branding the floor.
  • External glazing and street-facing windows. One way vision perforated film at AED 110 per m² prints full colour outside while members see out from inside. A single 100 × 100 cm panel, printing only, is AED 135.

Measure before you order: price is per square metre of film, and a typical 2.4 m high × 1.2 m wide glass partition panel is about 2.9 m². Twelve such panels frosted and installed at AED 55 per m² is roughly AED 1,900 for the whole meeting-room suite. Full material comparisons are in our window, wall and floor sticker guide.

Step 3 — wall graphics and wayfinding (AED 75–220)

This is the cheapest high-impact spend on the floor, and the one operators consistently under-order. A blank corridor reads as unfinished; the same corridor with vinyl lettering reads as a brand.

Product (as listed in store) Price (AED, VAT incl.) Use on a co-working floor
Wall Stickers from 75 Phone-booth icons, room numbers, floor zones
Wall Decal from 75 Feature graphic in a breakout or kitchen
Wall Vinyl Lettering from 95 Quotes, room names, house rules, Wi-Fi corner
15 Custom A4 Posters, single-side printing 140 Event posters, room rules, member notices
Pillar Branding from 145 Structural columns in open-plan areas
1 Round Dangler – 60 × 60 cm 210 Zone marker hung from a high ceiling
4 Round Danglers – 15 × 15 cm 220 Set of four small hanging zone markers
1 Roll up Banner 85 × 200 cm 190 Events, open days, tour-day branding at the lift

Two things worth doing properly here. First, name your rooms and print the names — "Marina" and "Hatta" are easier to book over the phone than "Meeting Room 3", and a vinyl name at AED 95 is cheaper than the support ticket. Second, print the Wi-Fi and the printer instructions as wall vinyl rather than taping an A4 to the wall. It is the single most-read piece of print in any co-working space, and a taped A4 undermines every other thing on this list.

A roll-up banner at AED 190 is also the most reusable item you will buy: it covers open days, member events, and the lift lobby on a tour day, then rolls back into its case.

Step 4 — the member welcome kit (AED 15–60 per head)

The welcome kit is the only part of your branding a member takes home, and it is where flexi-desk operators get the best return per dirham. Build it in three tiers and issue by membership type.

Product (as listed in store) Price (AED, VAT incl.) Tier
Kraft A6 Notebook 0.50 Hot-desk / day-pass
Lanyards with Logo and Epoxy Doming 1.05 All members — access card
Recta Desktop — Natural Paper Notepad 2.00 Hot-desk / day-pass
BUKH — SANTHOME A5 Hardcover Ruled Notebook 2.10 Flexi-desk monthly
Lanyards with Hook, Safety Lock and Buckle, 20 mm 2.45 Staff and long-term members
VINICA — eco-neutral A5 Notebook 3.36 Flexi-desk monthly; four colours
Lanyard with Reel Badge and Safety Lock 3.50 Members using a turnstile or reader
RABI — eco-neutral Wheat Straw Glass Bottle 10.50 Private-office members
SPELLO — Promotional Glass Bottle with Jute Sleeve, 500 ml 11.00 Private-office members
Moda — Giftology Premium 2pc Gift Set 28.00 Private-office signing gift
Tulum — Santhome Gift Set: Notebook, Pen & Card Holder 49.00 Annual contract / anchor tenant

Three kits that work: a day-pass kit of kraft A6 notebook plus doming lanyard is AED 1.55; a monthly flexi-desk kit of VINICA A5 notebook, reel-badge lanyard and glass bottle with jute sleeve is AED 17.86; a private-office signing kit built on the Tulum gift set plus a bottle is AED 60. Those are per-head costs before branding, and at flexi-desk volumes branding adds a few dirhams at most.

If you run events or a members' conference, the kit logic is the same at a larger scale — see conference and delegate kits.

Step 5 — the paper that keeps running out

Flexi-desk operators burn through a short, predictable list of print. Order it in one go and reorder quarterly:

  • Business cards for the sales and community team. 500 matt-laminated 350 gsm cards at AED 99, or 1,000 at AED 170. On an art-paper stock with no lamination, 1,000 is AED 89. Full options in our business card price guide.
  • Stickers and labels. 100 paper stickers at 7 × 7 cm with matt lamination are AED 230; 1,000 economy glossy-laminated stickers are AED 370. Use them for locker numbers, laptop-safe asset tags, and sealing welcome kits.
  • Tent cards at AED 625 for desk-top notices: meeting-room etiquette, hot-desk rules, or an upsell for private offices.
  • A4 posters, 15 for AED 140, for the events board. Reprint monthly rather than letting a January event stay up in March.

How to order and what we need from you

  1. Send a floor plan, even a rough one. Mark the glass runs, the reception wall, the column positions and the room names. Most of the quote is driven by square metres of glass, which we cannot guess.
  2. Give us measured glass dimensions. Film is priced per m². A panel-by-panel list of width × height is what turns an estimate into a fixed price.
  3. Confirm whether you need installation. Frosted film is AED 30 per m² supply-only against AED 55 installed; on a large floor that difference is worth a decision rather than a default.
  4. Check the building rules first. Most towers and free-zone buildings require landlord approval for anything fixed to a common-area wall or visible from outside, and some require work out of hours. That approval, not production, is what delays signage. Free-zone specifics are in our DMCC, JAFZA and DIFC printing guide.
  5. Send vector artwork. Cut vinyl and 3D letters are cut from paths, so an AI, EPS or PDF file is required; a PNG from a website will need redrawing.
  6. Order member kits in one batch per quarter. Per-head cost drops sharply with volume, and nothing on the kit list expires.

FAQ

How much does it cost to brand a 20-desk co-working floor?

As a working budget: acrylic reception signage AED 750, frosted film on a six-panel meeting suite at around AED 950 installed, wall vinyl lettering and room names at AED 300–400, a roll-up banner at AED 190, and 50 member kits at AED 18 each. That is roughly AED 3,100–3,300 for a floor that looks finished, excluding external glazing.

Is frosted film enough for privacy in a meeting room?

Blank frosted film blocks sight lines completely while passing light, which is what most meeting rooms need. If you want the room to feel open while still screening seated occupants, use the gradient option at AED 40 per m² supply-only — clear at the top, solid through the seated zone.

Do I need safety manifestation on glass partitions?

Full-height frameless glass needs a visible marking at eye level so people do not walk into it, and most building management teams in Dubai will ask for it. A repeating logo band in frosted vinyl satisfies the requirement and brands the space at the same time, which is why we usually recommend combining the two jobs into one order.

Can signage be removed when my lease ends?

Vinyl lettering and film come off cleanly with heat and the right solvent, which is why they suit flexi-desk operators on shorter leases. Acrylic and 3D letters are mechanically fixed and will leave fixing holes to be made good, so if you expect to move within two or three years, keep the permanent build on a panel rather than fixed letter-by-letter to the wall.

How fast can you install?

Film and vinyl are typically produced and installed within a few working days of artwork approval. Acrylic and 3D built-up letters take longer because of fabrication. The real schedule driver is almost always landlord approval and the out-of-hours access window, so start that paperwork the same day you approve artwork.

Can you match our brand colour exactly?

On printed film and vinyl we can match a Pantone reference closely; on cut vinyl we select the nearest stock colour, because cut vinyl is a manufactured sheet rather than a printed one. If colour accuracy matters on your logo, send the Pantone codes and we will tell you which elements need printing rather than cutting — our Pantone versus CMYK guide explains why.

Do you also handle new-floor launches end to end?

Yes — signage, glass film, wall graphics, member kits and the opening-day print in one order and one delivery. Our new office launch checklist is the sequence we work to.
