Fujairah has plenty of small copy shops, but almost no offset press on the East Coast — which is why most Fujairah companies order their print from Dubai and have it couriered over the Sheikh Khalifa Highway. The useful part: you pay Dubai catalogue prices, not remote-area prices. 1,000 matt-laminated business cards are AED 119. 1,000 A5 flyers on 170 GSM glossy are AED 270. Five A4 NCR invoice books are AED 294. This guide covers what Fujairah hotels, contractors, clinics and traders actually order, the real 2026 cost of each item, realistic delivery timing to Fujairah City, Dibba, Khor Fakkan and Masafi, and how to place the order without a site visit.
Why almost every Fujairah print job is produced in Dubai
It comes down to press economics. An offset press, a laminator, a die-cutting bed, a foiling unit and a folding-gluing line represent several million dirhams of equipment that only pays for itself at high volume. Fujairah's business population — the emirate's traders, hotels, marine services and government contractors — doesn't generate enough daily volume to keep that equipment busy, so it lives in Dubai's industrial areas and serves the whole country.
The practical consequence for you is good. Because the job is produced on the same press as a Dubai order, you get the same catalogue and the same price list. There is no "East Coast surcharge" on the products themselves — the only variable is the courier leg, which you confirm per order. You also get access to finishes a local copy shop simply cannot do: spot UV, gold foiling, velvet lamination, die-cut shapes, and NCR carbonless sets with sequential numbering.
The trade-off is timing. You cannot walk in at 10am and collect at 2pm. What you can do is plan two days ahead and get better work for less money. See our Fujairah printing service page for the full catalogue.
Realistic lead times to the East Coast
Lead time is production time + transit. Keep the two separate in your head and planning gets much easier.
- Digital and express items (small-run business cards, 50–100 flyers, A4 posters): production often same day or next working day. These are the items to use when you are genuinely short on time — see the Express Printing range.
- Standard offset items (1,000+ business cards, flyers, letterheads, NCR books): typically 2–4 working days in production once artwork is approved.
- Finished and specialist items (spot UV, gold foil, velvet lamination, die-cut shapes, folders): add a day or two for the finishing pass.
- Large format and stands (roll-ups, A-boards, signage): usually 2–3 working days.
- Transit to Fujairah: add one working day for courier from Dubai to Fujairah City, Dibba Al Fujairah, Khor Fakkan, Masafi and Kalba.
A sensible rule for the East Coast: order on Monday, receive Thursday for standard offset work. For anything tied to a fixed date — an opening, a Ramadan campaign, a government tender submission — build in a four-working-day buffer and approve artwork early. Artwork approval is the step that slips, not the printing.
What Fujairah businesses actually order
Hotels, resorts and the dive trade
Fujairah's coastline from Al Aqah down to Kalba runs on hospitality. The repeat orders here are in-room collateral, restaurant menus, dive-briefing cards and event signage. A5 flyers at 170 GSM (AED 270 per 1,000) work as in-room service cards because the weight survives handling; A6 flyers on 100 GSM wood-free (AED 105 per 1,000) are the cheap workhorse for pool-bar promos and spa offers. Roll-up banners at AED 190 each are the standard for conference foyers and wedding directional signage.
Contractors, marine services and logistics
This is NCR territory. Delivery notes, job cards, gate passes and site instructions all need carbonless duplicate sets with sequential numbering — and they need to survive a clipboard in the sun. Five A4 one-colour NCR books run AED 294; ten A4 full-colour books are AED 500. Pair them with a proper letterhead from the letterhead range and you have a compliant document trail for the year.
Clinics, salons and retail
Appointment cards, loyalty cards and price lists. The 350 GSM matt-laminated business card at AED 119 per 1,000 doubles as an appointment card — print the back with blank date lines. For shelf and window promos, 100 paper stickers at 7 × 7 cm are AED 230, and a set of four 15 × 15 cm round danglers is AED 220.

Three Fujairah starter kits, costed
New trade licence — the week-one kit. 1,000 matt-laminated business cards (AED 119) + 1,000 A5 letterheads (AED 230) + 5 A4 one-colour NCR books (AED 294) = AED 643. That covers client-facing identity, official correspondence and a compliant invoice trail. If you would rather buy it as one line item, the bundled startup stationery pack — 1,000 business cards, 500 letterheads and 10 NCR books — is AED 799.
Restaurant or café opening on the corniche. 1,000 A5 flyers at 170 GSM for launch distribution (AED 270) + 1,000 economy stickers for takeaway bags and cup seals (AED 370) + one roll-up banner for the entrance (AED 190) = AED 830.
Roadshow or government exhibition stand. Two roll-up banners (AED 380) + 1,000 A6 flyers on 100 GSM for hand-outs (AED 105) + 15 A4 posters (AED 140) + 500 matt business cards for the team (AED 99) = AED 724. For a bigger footprint, a pop-up display counter is AED 2,040 and a 3 × 3 m curved pop-up wall is AED 3,990.
How to order print to Fujairah
- Pick the exact item and quantity on the site. Price breaks are steep — 1,000 A5 flyers cost AED 270 while 2,000 cost AED 540 and 5,000 cost AED 840. Check the next quantity up before you commit; it is often cheaper per piece than reordering in three months.
- Send artwork as a print-ready PDF with 3 mm bleed, CMYK colour and 300 dpi images. Our print-ready artwork checklist covers the common rejections.
- No artwork? Use the free design service. Send your logo and the text and you get a proof back — details on the design service page.
- Approve the digital proof. This is the point of no return, and the step where Fujairah orders most often lose a day. Check the phone number, the licence number and the Arabic spelling before you reply.
- Confirm the delivery address and courier charge for your exact location — Fujairah City, Dibba, Khor Fakkan, Masafi or Kalba — on WhatsApp before you pay, so there are no surprises at handover.
Frequently asked questions
Do you deliver to Dibba, Khor Fakkan, Masafi and Kalba, or only Fujairah City?
All of them, plus the smaller East Coast communities. Delivery is by courier from Dubai, so the address just needs to be specific enough for a driver — building name, street and a landmark work better than a PO box. Confirm the charge for your exact address on WhatsApp +971 52 210 0909 before you place the order.
Is there a minimum order for Fujairah?
The minimum is set by the product, not by your location. Offset items have real minimums because the press has to be plated and made ready regardless of run length — that is why 500 business cards cost AED 99 and 1,000 cost AED 119. Digital items go much lower: 100 matt-laminated business cards are AED 140. Our guide to printing MOQs explains where the thresholds sit.
Can I get same-day printing in Fujairah?
Same-day production plus same-day transit to the East Coast is not realistic. Next-day production on express items plus next-day courier is — so plan on 48 hours as the genuine floor. If your deadline is tighter than that, the honest answer is to print a small digital run locally for the immediate need and order the proper run for everything after.
Are the prices on the site VAT inclusive?
Yes. Every price shown includes 5% VAT, so the figure on the product page is the figure you pay. A tax invoice is issued with the order for your accounts.
Can you produce bilingual Arabic and English artwork?
Yes, and for Fujairah's government-facing work it is usually required. Arabic typesetting is not a font swap — letter joining, kashida spacing and right-to-left layout all have to be handled properly, and Arabic text in an outlined PDF cannot be corrected later. Send the Arabic as live text or as a Word file alongside the design.
What is the difference between 100 GSM and 170 GSM for flyers?
Weight and perceived quality. 100 GSM wood-free is closer to letter paper — fine for mass hand-outs and inserts where the flyer is read once and binned. 170 GSM glossy has body, holds colour better and survives a handbag or a clipboard, which is why menus, in-room cards and premium promos use it. Our paper GSM guide breaks down every weight.
